I wanted to let you know that after cleaning up from the party on Sunday in the kitchen there was a swarm of ants once again on the floor by the door into the kitchen. I mopped up the ants with water and put out new ant bate that was under the kitchen sink. I suggest that the exterior of the building be sprayed for ants. I have experienced this problem in a portion of my home with concrete foundation and ants can build nests in the walls and it becomes an ongoing problem until you have the foundation on the outside sprayed. Once I had Aptive come out for a year the problem did not reoccur. This problem is getting worse not better.
I also purchased black 33GA garbage bags for the kitchen as we were completely out. I put the box purchased in the kitchen under the sink, but you may want to check the supply for the church as we could not find any bags in the storage closet.

one of the chairs in the Library needs a crack to be glued. It has a note on int. if you don't want to do that then it can be discarded. a replacement will not be ordered.

I was in the LSC today and the toilet in the men's bathroom is still not retaining the water properly to flush. I turned off the water for now. Thank you!
The handicap stall in the LSC ladies room needs to be fixed- possibly a defective seal in the tank? The water was running constantly so it was turned off. Out of order sign posted on that stall.
The gasket on the stopper was rolled / folded over for about 30 to 40 deg. of the circumference. I re-stretched and seated the gasket and it is sealing for now. I left the water supply turned on and removed the "Out of Order" sign. We'll want to monitor and replace/rebuild if the gasket rolls again.
The women's bathroom vent fan is squealing. it's like fingernails down a chalkboard.it just started today.
Hello trustees, I have a bulletin board that needs to be installed in the resource room. Also, in the resource room, the heater still needs to be replaced as well as the blinds to match the ones in the library and family room.
Let me know if you need any clarification.
George, back in December I posted that the heater thermostat is not working. Dave had confirmed it was not working. Not that it should be an issue until the fall/winter, but I would hate for someone to turn the heater on and forget about it. This could be a fire hazard. The heater is on or off, it does not regulate to a set temperature.
As for the blinds, it would be nice to figure that out at some point to match the other rooms that have been renovated and to give it a finished look.
I'll put up some painters tape for where the bulletin board goes this week.

Hi George, I looked at the copier and the network cable for the copier is plugged into an Orbi Box, and the Orbi box is plugged into a regular power outlet. The copier is the only thing plugged into that box, so the Orbi box should be able to be moved into the resource room with the copier. David or Paix, please verify.
Hello, I am at the point in the resource room remodel to move the copier out of Barbi's office into the resource room. I could use some assistance with this.
Because I know where it goes and what I need to prepare for it as it is being moved, I do need to be present when it is being moved. Please let me know when someone has time to help with this. I am at the church most mornings, but I can come other times too. The only day I am not available is tomorrow.
