All Saints Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (All Saints LWML)
Serving the Lord with Gladness!
All Saints’ women have served the Lord with gladness in LWML since 1979. The mission of the All Saints LWML is to assist each woman of our church in affirming her relationship with God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world. Our group is a member of the LWML Lake Washington Zone that belongs to the LWML Washington-Alaska district. The districts belong to the national LWML which is an official organization of Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.
In the core of our ASLC society are the Circles that work in various duties in our church. We also organize fundraising and fellowship activities. One of the Circles hosts a Sewing group twice a month. Our women meet quarterly for fellowship and news about LWML work, and often attend zone, district and even national LWML events.
The proceeds of our fundraising are split between in-house expenses (40%) and charitable organizations (60%) that are chosen annually. Please pray for our charities and our LWML!
