Discover your gifts

God has shaped every Christian with a beautiful mix of gifts and talents meant to bless others. If you belong to Christ, you have been gifted—uniquely and purposefully.

Not sure what your gifts are? You’re not alone. All Saints uses the Spiritual Gifts Discovery Survey from Group Inc. to help you explore how God has equipped you. The survey looks at gifts such as wisdom, hospitality, teaching, leadership, mercy, encouragement, and more.

Print the survey here or fill it out online. Paper copies available in the Narthex.

After you complete it, we’d love to walk with you. Schedule a conversation with Office Admin Marjaana to reflect on your results, talk about what gives you life, and explore where your gifts might flourish. We want you to feel connected, supported, and joyfully engaged.

Another wonderful way to discover your gifts is simply to jump in. Try something new with others at church, notice what energizes you, pray about it, and ask for feedback from people who know you.

God's Word on the gifts of the Spirit

Romans 12:3-8 For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.

Corinthians 12:4-7 There are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.

1 Peter 4:10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ.
