Ministry Center Ceiling Renovation/VBS July 10-19th 2015

The Location

This year, All-Saints is partnering with Lutheran Hour Ministries to go to Guatemala City, Guatemala. Guatemala City is the capital city of Guatemala and the largest city in Central America, making it the political, social, cultural, and economic center of Guatemala. Due to the comfortably warm days and cool nights, Guatemala has been nicknamed the "Land of Eternal Spring". The total population of Guatemala is 5 million.

What we'll be doing

We'll be working alongside the locals to replace the ceiling at the ministry center and the light fixtures once the ceiling is complete.

In addition, a VBS for 200 children ages 7-13 will take place at Hermano Pedro Elementary Public School in Guatemala City. Every afternoon, the team will travel to the school to share the message of Christ through Bible stories, songs, and activities.
